Project Management

MiniSurg Consortium was structured by its members as a collaborative project focused on a goal to develop a miniaturized stereoscopic distal imaging sensor for minimally invasive surgery.
The General Assembly of the consortium is composed of two representatives from each organization.
The Coordinator in addition to technological synchronization and management of the project, also coordinates, administers and monitors all Consortium related aspects.
